It all looks like a dream. It all started when I was browsing through some of the Facebook pages for recos on good interior designers. Got some names and called few of them, all they did was just come and take measurements for tall unit, bottom unit, tv cabinet, pooja unit etc., Most of them did not even bother to ask what the requirement was nor how we want the house to be turned into. And the 3D designs they presented for their old projects and the respective real site pictures shown were totally out of sync. And then we called Sudhan and he looked so very dedicated and professional in the first place. He was more into studying the house and trying to understand how we want it to be. Infact we were not given a 3D diagram (still we don't have one:) ) nor did he take measurements during his initial 4-5 visits. We just went by our gut feeling as he seemed more serious about the project than us :). Sudhan is more of a free flow person, he finalizes the interiors of one room and then tries to gel the theme with the rest of the rooms. His ideas evolve as the project progresses. Though the theme of one room is in sync with the other, each and every room has its own uniqueness. He made sure the feel that we get is different in each room. Be it any change or any design, he makes sure he calls and updates and reassures that the design would turn out well. He is very patient throughout and pays utmost detail to each and every aspect. The support that he provides post completion of the project speaks volumes about his commitment. The most challenging part was the lockdown period, yet he planned everything so meticulously and went extra miles to complete the project on time in spite of various hurdles as we had no other choice but to move in immdly. Had we gone with any other interior designer, we would not have moved in on time, let alone talk about the interior aspects. The first thing that people ask now a days is 'who is your interior designer?', the moment they step in. For all the passion that he has, Sudhan is going to scale more heights and is going to be one of the most sought after interior designers in the city. If you want your house to be turned into a beautiful home with lots of memories, have no second thoughts.

Ours is a 60-year-old building located at Adyar, Chennai. Today, nobody can guess the age of the building. Thanks to Green Elementz for giving a whole new life to it. We had no idea about how effectively space can be utilized until we met the designer, Mr. Sudhan who is specialized in this arena. Our requirement was simple - Building makeover along with garden space on the rooftop. Green Elementz not only fulfilled our requirements perfectly but had also taken care of effective space utilization and added key elements like a fountain, herb plants, etc., to the garden space making it look beyond amazing. Not just that, they have a highly specialized team that's technically sound. I'm writing this testimony after 2 years from the project completion. Till date I've not faced any problem, the creepers and plants have grown very beautiful. I'm immensely satisfied with their work and highly recommend Green Elementz to all those who are looking for something unique and out of the box!
